How I wish that I'm in one of the seven continents, wearing a nice little sundress, watching the concert live instead of watching it on TV.

While Koyak has been busy with her attachment, I have been busy with my Korean dramas =x Just finished 108 episodes of Jiayou Jin Shun and 16 episodes of Sweet 18. Was sobbing like an emo-freak for quite a few episodes though. I wonder if it's because I'm getting old? I don't use to cry so easily! I'm one of those people who can sit through Titanic and 200 pounds beauty without dropping a single tear.

I'm kinda attracted to this song. Not really sure why tho *shrugs* might be the woeful characteristics of the singer's voice, that kind where he sounds sad but there's nothing he can do kinda feeling. Or may be the use of "suicidal" in his song which i find rather daring considering few positive songs will have them. Or maybe that its mostly monotone (?) Anyway, hope you guys like it and it's really not bad considering this is the singer's first debut song i tink.

What i've done

This next song by linkin park rox!! I got attracted by the "So let mercy come, and wash away, what i've done ............. erase myself and let go of what i've done~" phrase. Actually thats the only few phrases i like in this song LOL. The rest of the song is about peace and love which doesnt really click with me. However, the MTV is pretty good i tink. Btw, if anyone knows the name of the latest song by them, please tell me so i can youtube and listen to it again and again and again :X

It's a cloudy Saturday and I hope you guys are out having fun and living life to the fullest. For me, I'm currently given orders to stay home and rest as I have been a bad girl for the past week. Ate too much fried and 'heaty' food and I'm sick -.- Lol. Yeah yeah I know served me right but then again, I had too much fun during the past week so I sorta forget about taking note of the amount of fried food I should eat. Thus, no regrets!

Hey people =)

As I was taking my shower earlier on, my conversation with Rappy came flashing back. She reminded me that our blog is going cold and I should be typing out an entry soon. I replied that I wasn't mapling that actively now and I totally have no idea on what to blog about =(

If you guys noticed, I have never really post about any subject that is private to me and I usually limit my entries to maple happenings =X Guess I'm quite a private person eh? But as I was showering just now, I was thinking "Ahhhh... Drats it! Why shouldn't I be a little more open?" Hehe =)

Had an early start today. Got shook awake by my dearest Mummy at 9am to get ready to visit my Grandfather's urn at some temple at Sin Ming district area. With barely enough sleep, and smoke watering my tired eyes, I believe I was a quite a terrible sight.

Noticed quite a few interesting things at the temple. I was asking my mum why do some of the people have the privilege of having the monk to say some prayers for their loved ones? Mummy said: "Aiyah 'cos they give them money ma, so the monk will pray for them."

Interesting. I always thought that monks are not suppose to be greedy you know? I mean they give up eating meat, having sex, looking good (shaved head)... and yet the monk prayed for them because they gave him money? Doesn't make sense to me =\

Besides that, my Granny pointed to a statue and told me that that's the god that will let out my Grandfather's spirit to come eat the feast we prepared for him. She then quickly walked towards the statue and started to pray for it to let Grandfather out.

Upon hearing that, I was kind of sad for my Grandfather. I did like to think that he is up in the heavens having a peaceful time, not trapped in some temple and having to ask for permission to come out to eat?! Why must we put my Grandfather in such misery even after he passed on?

I'm so not cut out to be a Buddhist. I prefer the Christianity way, although there are still some things about Christianity that's bugging me too. Buddhist friends, please don't be offended yeah? It's just some personal thoughts and I might have misunderstood some rituals =)

Mum just asked me to give her a number to buy Toto. She said my uncle is helping the 7 of us who went to the temple this morning to share and buy 7 numbers. Reading the smses they exchanged, all of them seem hopeful about winning some money. Maybe I should allow myself to be a little hopeful too? Let's huat arh!

HELLO ALL~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!

It's been a while since I last posted yeah? Miss me? =P

Well well, time really flies and it's already 2007. New year, new beginnings =D

What have you guys been up to?

For me, I have been kinda busy going out every week. KTV, movie, shopping, KTV, movie, KTV, KTV and KTV... and KTV........ -.-

I'm kinda feeling tired today. Totally lethargic! Was out KTV-ing last night again with 5mall, cypher02, xxronneyxx, altwtips and dearest leen (liltootie). Why is Party World always so cold? We were practically freezing in there! Some guy was singing an old english song (Firehouse's I Live my Life For You) at the lounge area and I think he's pretty good! I wonder did he join Project Superstar/Singapore Idol? Such a talent!

Last week was zhuzhu's (aka hotheadboi) 25th birthday. Once again, we celebrated his birthday by singing our hearts out at Kbox =D The guys sabotaged poor zhuzhu by messing up his hair with a handful of hair gel provided by old biscuit (aka zoomx). The chocolate cake we bought was soooooooo YUMMY! I SHALL ONLY BUY CHOCOLATE CAKES FROM JACK'S PLACE FROM NOW ON! Yum! (I shall try to get the pictures of that day to post up =D)

The week before was our dearest Rappy's 21st birthday~! Wooooo our dearest Rappy can finally watch R21 movies legally by flashing her ID =P A bunch of us (Me, Ben, Nigel, Eugene, Zhuzhu, Leen) went to Rappy's very beautiful house to celebrate her birthday with her family and friends. She's got the cutest kois swimming at her back garden! (Can I kidnap your yellow fat koi? =P)

For the first time in my life, I felt kinda scared sitting in a car =X Especially when the driver was trying to reverse park =X (The female driver, you know WHO YOU ARE! =P)

Other highlights of my life was that I dyed my hair to an outrageous colour of ash brown with blond highlights. 5 hours at the hairdresser's to get grass-like hair, how interesting =\ But I cant deny I love the new colour and hate the condition of my hair =) Me, Rappy, Leen and Zhuzhu also went to this place (I can't remember the name T_T) at Yishun for dinner over one of the weekend and the food was so good! I <3 fish maw soup!

This coming Tuesday 23rd Jan, I will be flying off to the city of the Land of Smiles for 4 days~! WEEE~! While I'm away, dearest Rappy will be taking care of my account in Maple. So don't be shocked if someone logs in my account =) Thanks Rappy~!

Alrite, I shall sign off here for now as I need to go pack my luggage. Kinda forget where I kept my minature shampoo, condition, bathing foam, toothpaste and....... yeah, you should kinda get my drift -.-

Had a super filling lunch till I can't eat my dinner now. It was an alright day till we drove past his place. It has been 4 years, but surprisingly, I still felt a painful tug. Why did I have to see him? God, you have been cruel.

Yummilicious Mooncakes

TA-DA!!!!!!!!!!!! MOONCAKES!!!!!! *SCREAMS*

On Sunday, I braved the family crowds and went in search for the very yummy Marriott Mooncakes. Dropped by Taka and tried a whole load of other places' mooncakes but I still went back to Marriott to get this =D

Surprisingly, the yummiest mooncake isn't the Strawberry one. It was the boring looking yellow colour mooncake, which is durian!

In almost every bite I took, I could taste the sweetness of the durian flesh. I was very tempted to take a photo of the inside of the mooncake to show u guys the durian flesh but I think it will look kinda shitty so I decided not to =X

The white one is made of white and dark chocolate and whiskey!! I forget what is it called exactly but I know it's Ebony _________ Chocolate Mooncake. LOL. Trust me on not remembering things. It's quite yummy but I prefer the Bailey's one which Raffles the Plaza had =)

The orange one is called Snowskin Crunchy Muesli Mooncake. This is the healthier bunch among the 4 flavours because it's made from whole grain oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon, complete with traces of crunchy peanuts. Very english breakfast yeah?

Nice packaging =P

If you guys are into the new breed of mooncakes, go ahead and try these 2 hotels! The Raffles the Plaza hotel offer Chocolate, Rum and Raisin, Baileys and Champagne-something flavours. VERY NICE TOO!

Oh if u guys know me, I'm sure you will remember the time when I was going on and on and on and on....... about this guy who was dressed as an angel doing a promotion for Mary Chia at Marina Square? I said something about him giving me a rose and I kinda stood there with my mouth open? =O

Well... take a look at this...

I walked past a Mary Chia promotion at taka on Sunday.. guess who gave me this rose?
